These terms apply when you browse or order from zavifinds.com. By using the store you agree to them. ZaviFinds is the seller of record for orders placed on this website. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the store.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, but images are illustrative: colour, finish, packaging or small design details may vary slightly between production batches. Measurements and specifications come from the supplier and are given in good faith. If we discover a clear error in a price or description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you order. Shipping is free on every order; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We may cancel an order we cannot verify or fulfil, and you will be refunded.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation or dispatch email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund any amount already paid.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are explained on our Shipping & delivery page. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country, which are your responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns, refunds and damaged-item claims are handled as described on our Returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
