You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without notice may not be accepted.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, undamaged and complete, in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Please pack them securely; we recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund a return that goes missing on its way to us.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason and, where relevant, photos. We reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Our fulfilment partners ship from several warehouses, so the address depends on where your item came from.
Who pays return shipping
You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered — in that case we cover it. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except when the return is our mistake.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we approve the refund and send it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few more days to show it. If your order qualified for free shipping and the return brings it below the threshold, we may deduct the original shipping cost.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. Depending on the case we will send a replacement, send the missing part, or refund you — sometimes without asking you to send the item back. Please do not return a damaged item before contacting us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order, so your replacement is not held up by the return in transit.
Items we cannot take back
For hygiene, safety or legal reasons we cannot accept returns of opened personal-care and hygiene products, perishable goods, gift cards, customised or made-to-order items, and anything marked as final sale. Everything else in the store can be returned under the conditions above.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched — email us as soon as possible. Once a parcel is on its way, the return process above applies. Because orders are prepared quickly, we cannot promise a cancellation will reach us in time.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period.
